Responsibilities and duties: all facets of restaurant management, staffing, training, maintain and improving a high level of service and standards, menu development, consistent food quality and quantity, food cost and portioning, develop procedures for safe food handling and cleaning, reports and orders all food stock inventory, prepare and serve quality food items in a quick and efficient manner.
