Minimum booking of 7 nights is required in the cabins during July and August.

Please no pets allowed in units.

Reservation requires a deposit within ten (10) days of booking.

No refunds on early departures.

Cancellation policy of 30 days or less prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable.

20% administration fee on all refunds.

Longer bookings are given preference.

Management reserves the right to alter any reservation.

Beach and personal attire not supplies.

BBQ Utensils and BBQ Cookware not supplied.

  Additional charge of $10.00 per person, per night, if exceeding the maximum occupancy.
